Mr. Tang Lai Meng is the founder of Wesource Group of Companies. His corporate career of over 20 years began at Ernst & Young (Penang) as auditor for 5 years. He continued his career in Commercial for the next 15 years started as Accountant, then promoted to Financial Controller. He held his last position as Asia Pacific Finance Director for a US listed Company based in Singapore before returning to Malaysia to establish his consulting firm in year 2007.

Mr. Tang’s experience covers corporate strategic planning and development, M&A and corporate finance, recruitment and mentoring of senior managers, workflow improvement and reengineering of finance and business operation. Over the last 10 years, he has “solved various problems” for a number of SME companies including an established group of Company with more than 100 retail chain stores in Malaysia.

Mr. Tang is a Chartered Accountant (MIA) and is a member of MICPA since 1995 and he also hold a Company secretary license.
